Ingredients
  1. 4 oz plain chocolate
  2. 2 rounded tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter
  3. 3 teacupfuls of rice crisps
Instructions
  1. Lightly grease a shallow square baking tin. (It doesn't have to be square but it might help when it comes to cutting).
  2. Half fill a saucepan with hot water
  3. Place a basin over the top of the saucepan (so the heat can melt the chocolate)
  4. Break the chocolate into small chunks into the basin.
  5. Add the peanut butter
  6. Leave in basin until the chocolate has melted.
  7. Stir the mixture to blend in the peanut butter.
  8. Remove the basin from the heat and add the rice crispies
  9. Use a wooden spoon to stir the mixture until the rice crisps are completely coated
  10. Spoon the mixture into the greased tin, spread evenly and press down firmly (using the spoon).
  11. Leave in a cool place (like the fridge).
  12. Remove from tin and cut into squares.
